Welcome to Amar Sonod (“আমার সনদ”), a digital certificate platform for Union Parishad and Municipality services in Bangladesh, operated by Seba Automation. By browsing or using Amar Sonod websites, apps, or related services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Amar Sonod provides digital tools for citizen registration, certificate applications, tracking, approval workflows, fee collection where applicable, and download of verified digital certificates. Features may vary by office geography and permissions.
Authorized office staff may optionally connect a Google account so Amar Sonod can write certificate register rows to Google Sheets and upload approved certificate PDFs to Google Drive. This feature is not required for citizens to apply. Scope usage and data practices are described in the Privacy Policy and Google Workspace functionality page. Staff may disconnect Google access at any time.
Where fees apply, amounts are set by the relevant local office configuration. Online payments may use government or authorized payment gateways (for example ekPay). Refund rules follow the office’s and payment provider’s applicable policies.
Digital certificates issued through Amar Sonod are intended for official local-government use as permitted by the issuing office. QR or online verification reflects data stored for that track ID at the time of check.
Amar Sonod is provided to support digital service delivery. To the extent permitted by law, Seba Automation is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from misuse, incorrect user input, third-party outages (including Google or payment gateways), or office administrative decisions.
We may update these Terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use after publication means you accept the updated Terms.
